Cancellation Policy for Sponsors/Vendors
- Cancellations received prior to January 1, 2008 will be eligible for a 90% refund of registration fees.
- Cancellations received prior to April 1, 2008 will be eligible for a 50% refund of registration fees.
- A 90% refund of registration fees may be available if the 2008 EMSCC Organizing Committee determines that the cancelling Sponsor/Vendor can be replaced with another Sponsor/Vendor at the same level.
- Cancellations received after April 1, 2008 will not be eligible for a refund.
- All refunds are at the sole discretion of the 2008 EMSCC Organizing Committee.
